Prospectus are pleased to be working with one of the UK’s leading charitable trusts to recruit their newest Administrator to support two Heads of Finance in a secretarial capacity and to take ownership of HR Administration. This is a new and exciting role working under the direction of a Head of Finance with a dotted line to the HR Manager. As the Administrator, you will support a high performing HR team in day to day duties, including overseeing new starter administration and working with the HR Assistant on training initiatives, together with providing secretarial, administrative and project related support to the teams. Playing a pivotal role in the organisation, this role will also support governance processes with tasks relating to banking and investment relationships along with, developing and maintaining effective and transparent systems for managing electronic and hard copy files and documents for the HOF.

To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience assisting multiple colleagues in an administrative role, ideally within a charitable environment. You should be comfortable assessing systems and advising on improvements where necessary along with being confident in providing a full range of secretarial assistance. Although not essential an interest in HR systems and processes would be valuable to this role. You will also be expected to have exceptional time and task management abilities along with tact and solid stakeholder engagement skills. Understanding of the governance requirements for charities and/or companies would be advantageous.
