Business Development Executive

Our client, an independent, full service web design and development agency specialising in Content Management Driven websites for an impressive client base, is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their dynamic and successful team in Central Leeds.

The right candidate will be ambitious and driven with a successful sales track record, showing year on year growth within a business to business environment, ideally to marketing teams and decision makers. You will have a solid sales background for either a digital services or marketing agency. The role is orientated towards developing new business, nurturing and retaining relationships and providing a point of contact for clients.

You must have outstanding communication skills and experience in articulating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. You will have managed complex sales cycles from technical proposition through to close. In addition, you will be a natural relationship builder, who thrives on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

You must be used to developing your own pipeline and opportunities from scratch. You will be hungry for success and self-motivated, coupled with the ability to identify quick wins in parallel with longer-term opportunities will be crucial to success in this role.
