Dynamic and progressive practice offering a competitive package seeks an experienced Solicitor to join their Employment Team.
You will join a busy team and assume conduct of you’re a stimulating caseload. The caseload will be varied and will touch upon a range of employment matters including but not limited to, Unfair dismissal, Discrimination, TUPE and Whistleblowing.
Part of your role will involve attending Employment Tribunal where you will use your expertise secure optimal outcomes for your clients. The client base will range from SMEs and OMBs to large multinationals and partner closer with them to mitigate risk and deal with employment disputes.
The firm has effectively leveraged technology to allow for efficient and effective working. As such they are able to accommodate agile working to include a degree of home working once people return to the office.
In return, the firm offers a competitive package with a salary of circa £50,000 dependent on experience. Benefits include pension, death in service, 25 days holiday and remote/flexible working.
This position would be ideally suited to a positive and commercially minded Employment Solicitor with five years or more PQE.
